Day of Coordination
You have everything in place. However, you would rather spend your wedding day being pampered and enjoying everything leading up to the ceremony instead of running around and completing behind-the-scenes tasks. Leave that to us. This option is best for couples who need a wedding coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly with their finalized plan. Before your wedding, we will meet with you to run through the day's festivities and finetune any last-minute details. Expect us to arrive early to coordinate with caterers, designers, the venue staff, and other vendors you lined up.
Partial Wedding Package
This package is ideal for couples who have planned various wedding elements and realize time is of the essence, and a professional is needed. We will happily take what you have completed and collaborate to ensure an unforgettable wedding day.
Full Wedding Package
This package is perfect for busy couples. We will meet with you to understand the vision you want us to accomplish. Then we will help coordinate your special day from start to finish. This package includes budget development, catering, and menu planning, liaising with venue management, design management, vendor sourcing, contract approval, and day of event coordination.
Events
Weddings aren't all we do. We coordinate all significant milestones— anniversaries, birthdays, engagement parties, gala dinners, and corporate events. We create a personalized package depending on the level of coordination required, including venue sourcing,
catering arrangements, theming and decoration, audiovisual requirements, RSVP coordination, and attendance required at the event.

Consultation
SoniStylez offers wedding and event consultations for individuals who prefer to plan their own events. During the 1-on-1 consultation, we make sure you are on the right path and give you tips along the way to help ensure that you plan your event without a hitch.
We review your current plans during the first meeting, such as the theme, vendors and services you booked, and your budget. We work out your most significant challenges and discuss areas you may need additional guidance. After our initial meeting, we will follow up on your progress, offer further advice, provide tips, templates, and reliable contacts, if needed, to ensure your planning is going as expected. If needed, we can arrange for a third meeting closer to your big day to finalize your details and confirm that all your bells and whistles are in place. Overall, the 2-3 sessions will total up to 3.5 hours plus research time.
